What is an Architectural Survey?

 An Architectural survey is a comprehensive assessment of a property's existing structures, conditions, and surroundings. It provides a detailed analysis of various architectural aspects, including but not limited to:

1. Building structure: Examining the structural integrity, layout and design of existing buildings.
2. Site Analysis: Assessing the topography, land use, environmental factors, and legal considerations of a property.
3. Utilities and Infrastructure: Evaluating the ability and condition of essential utilities such as water, electricity and sewage systems .
4. Historical and Cultural Significance: Identifying any historical or cultural significance associated with the property, ensuring compliance with preservation regulations where applicable.
5. Safety and Compliance: Checking for adherence to building cos=des, zoning regulations and safety standards.
