ARCHITECTURE

We are an architectural practice and carry out all aspects of architectural design in accordance with the Royal Institute of British Architects. We carry out our services in line with The RIBA Plan of Work, which organises the process of briefing, designing, constructing, maintaining, operating and using building projects into stages. We fully comply with the RIBA Code of Conduct. Both documents can be found on the RIBA website, and we are more than happy to discuss these with you.

We are skilled and professionally trained to turn your ideas, aspirations and requirements into a built and functional reality. We apply impartial and creative thinking to projects, and whether you are intending to build a new building or adapting an existing property through refurbishment or extension, we will advise and guide you through the design process, the necessary regulations, and through the planning and construction processes.

We have experience of the full spectrum of building types. From the smallest conservatory to the largest house in the residential sector, to public works and commercial builds, the majority of our workload is by recommendation. From primary schools to university projects, from GP surgeries to hospital works, from offices to automated warehouses, from extensions to remodelling to new buildings, we are committed to high quality design.

As well as design, we can also offer independent advice on the Planning Appeals process, Party Wall and boundary issues, the Equality Act (the Disabled Discrimination Act), and we can also carry out expert witness reports when needed.

We are a friendly architectural practice, straight forward and easy to talk to.
